All sunscreen products are tested according to a very strict protocol which validates their effectiveness in protecting against UVA (aging of the skin) and UVB (burns, sunburn).
The Eco Sun Shield Invisible has been tested by HelioScience, one of the two most renowned French testing laboratories. The tests carried out are in line with the 2006 European recommendation and adapted to the specificities of mineral sun filters.
100% mineral filters guaranteed without nano particles
The Eco Sun Shield only uses mineral filters to protect against the sun's rays. These filters come from nature, we find them in the sand of our beaches.
Recent studies have shown that in NANO form, certain ingredients can penetrate through the membrane of cells and even the nucleus of the cell where they can cause significant damage.
The Eco Sun Shield Invisible does not contain Nano particles.
The action of mineral filters
Mineral filters have the action of reflecting UV rays. There is a mirror effect, the sun's rays then remain on the surface of the skin.
Sun creams with mineral filters are ideal for fragile and intolerant skin.

Our sun cream gets a rating of 69% on the Yuka app, which is a very good rating for sunscreen.
However, it contains allergens which could cause redness in a tiny part of the population (1% to 3%).
For the most sensitive skin, it is better to choose another product.
Non-nano mineral filters leave a white veil of protection because they remain on the surface of the skin. For the Eco Sun Shield Invisible, this film is very light but... not quite invisible. In 2023, the word “Invisible” will disappear from packs.
